Zucchini Crumble

Tastes like apple…….Really!!!!


4 cups flour

2 cups sugar

3 sticks margarine

Work above like crumbs. Reserve 1 cup.  Divide rest in half for bottom and top crust.

4 heaping cups zucchini – peeled and cut-up in small pieces

1 c sugar

1 t cinnamon

1/2t nutmeg

2/3 c lemon juice

Boil together 10 minutes. Add the cup of reserved crumb mix. Put half of crumb mix into jelly-roll pan 10 1/2 x 15. Spread zucchini mixture over crust and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned.  Enjoy!!
